We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator / Contract Manager to join one of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East top Construction groups
This is a great opportunity to work in one of the few countries, which are not affected by the global recession.
Project type: Rail Project (Phase 1)
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire contracting process, including the drafting, signing, follow up and legal monitoring of contractors’ performance
Experience required
- A minimum of 10-15 years experience working within the construction industry as a Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager
- Solid knowledge and experience in contract management, admin and drafting within the construction industry
- BSc/degree in Quantity Surevying or any other related construction subject
- Experience in FIDIC Form of contracts
