We have an excellent opportunity for a Contract Administrator/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East top Construction main contractors
This is a great opportunity to work in one of the few countries, which are not affected by the global recession.
Project type: Railway Project
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The position offers excellent benefits on top of the “Tax-Free” salary, including: Accommodation, Car, medical insurance, flights to UK, holidays and bonuses.
Experience required for the ideal Contract Administrator/Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- A minimum of 5-10 years contract administration/quantity surveying experience working on large scale projects
- Extensive Experience working with Rail Projects.
- Ideally, your previous Experience should be gained within a main contractor
- Experience of working within the Middle East and Gulf region would be an advantage, however not essential
- A degree in Quantity Surveying (or related construction subjects)
- MRICS would be a distinct advantage however, not essential
Your responsibilities would include contract management, QS responsibilities and insuring legal and contractual compliance in all contractual matters.
