Commercial Manager
We currently have a number of excellent opportunities for experienced Commercial Managers to join different leading international quantity surveying and project management consultancies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or Oman. You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of different types and scales of projects depending on the company and location

Commercial Manager Duties
- Preparation cost plans
- Evaluation and Assessment of Tenders
- Manage and submit documentation, advise and agree on 'on-costs', and consider all contractual issues
- Management of all quantity surveyors, advise and decide on methods of resolving contractual issues and final account settlements.
- Management of production and issuing of all sales invoices & applications to ensure that they are issued on time in order to maximise cash flow. Ensure variation accounts on all contracts are maintained up to date.
- To accurately monitor expected performance and return on all projects, compare with budget and report back at regular intervals.
- Interfacing with clients/Customers during all stages of the project.
Skills & Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor Role
- A recognised degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction subjects
- Substantial professional quantity surveying/commercial management experience gained within a cost consultancy company
- Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or in a team leading role is required
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial, residential or retail projects is preferred (Not essential)
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
