Commercial Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a leading building and civil construction contractor in Dubai. You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of different ambitious projects across Dubai

Commercial Manager Duties
Your main responsibility as a Commercial Manager is the commercial management of various projects. You will also be liasing with the project and site management teams to ensure project is completed within budget and time. Your responsibilities will include the management of a team of senior quantity surveyors performing post contract cost management
Skills & Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
- Substantial Quantity surveying experience which should be gained within a main UK/international contractor.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale projects is preferred, however not essential
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
- Ideally you should hold a degree, HND or HNC in quantity Surveying or relevant subjects
- Previous Senior status or Management experience
