Project Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a leading quantity surveying and project management consultancy in Dubai. You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of Building and Civil projects across Dubai.
The successful Project Manager will be offered excellent career prospects. The position also offers an excellent “Tax-Free” salary and benefits package.
Project Manager Duties
Your duties as a Project Manager will vary according to specific project requirements, but are likely to include a combination of:
- Project and cost planning/management
- Monitoring the performance of the design team and consultants.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and up to standards
- Tender evaluation and recommendation preparation when appointing contractors.
- Organising handover/occupation procedures.
- Interfacing with clients/Customers during all stages of the project.
Skills & Experience required for this Project Manager Role
- A recognised degree or equivalent in any relevant construction subjects
- a minimum of 5 years management experience gained within a project management/cost consultancy company or a major contractor
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
