Senior Quantity Surveyor
We currently have a number of excellent opportunities for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join different leading international quantity surveying and project management consultancies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, UAE, Qatar or Oman. You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of different types and scales of projects depending on the company and location

Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties
Your main responsibility as a Senior Quantity Surveyor is to provide Pre and Post contract quantity surveying duties including:
- Cash flow programming
- Advising on feasibility studies
- Initial budgets
- Cost planning
- Preparation of tendering and contract documentation through to financial reporting and the settlement of final accounts
- Staff Management (Quantity Surveyors and Measurement Technicians)
Skills & Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
- A recognised degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction subjects
- A minimum of 5 years quantity surveying experience gained within a cost consultancy company
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale building projects is preferred
- Previous Senior Quantity Surveying or experience of managing junior or other Quantity Surveying staff would be considered as advantageous, however not essential.
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
