Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading quantity surveying and project management consultancy in Dubai. You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of commercial, retail, business, residential and leisure projects across Dubai.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered excellent career prospects. The position also offers an excellent “Tax-Free” salary and benefits package.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties
Your duties as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will vary according to specific project requirements, but are likely to include a combination of:
- Pre and Post contract quantity surveying duties
- Cash flow programming
- Advising on feasibility studies
- Initial budgets
- Cost planning
- Preparation of tendering and contract documentation through to financial reporting and the settlement of final accounts
Skills & Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
- A minimum of 5 years quantity surveying experience gained within a cost consultancy company
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial, business, residential or retail projects is preferred
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
- A recognised degree or equivalent in Senior Quantity Surveying or relevant construction subjects
