Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international contractor at their offices in Dubai. You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of different ambitious projects across Dubai

Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties
Your main responsibility as a Senior Quantity Surveyor is the commercial management of various projects. Typical duties will include:
- Carrying out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
- Project cash flow forecasts.
- Measuring, valuation, submit and negotiate contract variations.
- Preparing to submit and negotiate project final accounts.
- Commercial vetting of sub contractor tenders and contracts.
- Ensuring business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.
- Managing a team of Junior/Quantity Surveyors
Skills & Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor Role
- A Minimum of 5 years quantity surveying experience
- Your quantity surveying experience should be gained within a main building/construction contractor.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale projects is preferred, however not essential
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
- Ideally you should hold a degree, HND or HNC in quantity Surveying or relevant subjects
- Experience at a Senior or staff management level would be an advantage, however not essential.
