Senior Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading international quantity surveying and project management consultancy. You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of new luxurious residential, retail and commercial projects in Abu Dhabi
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered excellent career prospects, with rapid promotion to associate level a real possibility for the right candidate. The position also offers an excellent “Tax-Free” salary and benefits package.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties
Your main duties as a Senior Quantity Surveyor Pre and Post contract quantity surveying duties including:
- Cash flow programming
- Advising on feasibility studies
- Initial budgets
- Cost planning
- Preparation of tendering and contract documentation through to financial reporting and the settlement of final accounts
- Staff Management (Quantity Surveyors and Measurement Technicians)
Skills & Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
- A recognised degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction subjects
- Minimum of 5 years quantity surveying experience gained within a cost consultancy company
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale commercial, residential or retail projects is preferred
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
- Experience in a senior or Management level would also be an advantage
