Cost Manager
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cost Manager to join one of the worlds leading Cost and project management consultancy in Dubai. You will be part of a growing cost management team working on array of construction projects.

Cost Manager Duties
Reporting to Senior Cost Manager, your main responsibility would be the preparation of concept schematic and detailed cost plans and estimates.
Skills & Experience required for this Cost Manager Role
- A minimum of 5 years cost management or quantity surveying experience gained within a cost consultancy company
- A degree level qualification in quantity surveying or relevant subjects would be highly advantageous, as will progression towards RICS status.
