Quantity Surveyor
We currently have a number of excellent opportunities for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join different leading international quantity surveying and project management consultancies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, UAE, Qatar, Saudi arabia or Oman. You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of different types and scales of projects depending on the company and location
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be offered excellent career prospects, with rapid promotion to associate level a real possibility for the right candidate. The position also offers an excellent “Tax-Free” salary and benefits package.
Quantity Surveyor Duties
Your main responsibility as a Quantity Surveyor is to provide Pre and Post contract quantity surveying duties including:
- Cash flow programming
- Advising on feasibility studies
- Initial budgets
- Cost planning
- Preparation of tendering and contract documentation through to financial reporting and the settlement of final accounts
Skills & Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor Role
- A recognised degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction subjects
- 3 to 5 years quantity surveying experience gained within a cost consultancy company
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
