Quantity Surveyor
We currently have a number of excellent opportunities for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join different leading Civil Engineering and Construction contractors across the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain or Oman) You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of different types and scales of exciting and innovative projects depending on the company and location

Quantity Surveyor Duties
Your main responsibility as a Quantity Surveyor is the commercial management of various projects. You will also be liasing with the project and site management teams to ensure project is completed within budget and time.
Skills & Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor Role
- 2 to 5 years quantity surveying experience
- Your quantity surveying experience should be gained within a main building/construction contractor, or within a cost management/quantity surveying consultancy.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale projects is preferred, however not essential
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
- Ideally you should hold a degree, HND or HNC in quantity Surveying or relevant subjects
