Quantity Surveyor
We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to one of the worlds leading quantity surveying and project management consultancy in Dubai. You will be part of a growing commercial team working on array of new luxurious residential, retail and commercial projects in Dubai
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be offered excellent career prospects, with rapid promotion to associate level a real possibility for the right candidate. The position also offers an excellent “Tax-Free” salary and benefits package.
Quantity Surveyor Duties
Your main duties as a Quantity Surveyor Pre and Post contract quantity surveying duties including:
- Cash flow programming
- Advising on feasibility studies
- Initial budgets
- Cost planning
- Preparation of tendering and contract documentation through to financial reporting and the settlement of final accounts
Skills & Experience required for this Quantity Surveyor Role
- A recognised degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction subjects
- 3 to 5 years quantity surveying experience gained within a cost consultancy company
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale commercial, residential or retail projects is preferred
- MRICS or CIOB is an advantage, however not essential
